PPR 1QB I have 1.2 pick and was offered 1.7 and 2.1 picks. I took over a keeper team last year and rebuilding.

12 team,22 roster, rookie draft, and can keep all 22.

Do you have a strong base of starters or do you need a starter to put you into contention? Basically do you need quality over quantity at this point of your roster construction?

Also, where is your tier drop off point? Do you have 5 players you really like or is it 8 or is it 10? Basically does 1.07 still get you a player that you covet?
