Trade advice for playoff run (1 Viewer)

I'm tied for 1st in a 12 team, 1/2 ppr, 2 keeper league (2 round penalty from where they were drafted the prior year, with an 8th round cap). We start 1 qb, 1 rb, 2 wrs, 1 te, 2 flex, 1 dst. So, we can play up to 3 RBs and up to 4 WRs. I've got 2 potential deals on the table:

1. I get Gurley (3rd round keeper next year), and in return I give up TY Hilton.

2. I get Julio, and in return I give up Jordy and another piece (likely TY Hilton or Allen Robinson).

My current team is: Mariota, Russell Wilson; Demarco, Freeman (5th round keeper next year), Tevin Coleman (8th round next year), Starks, and Smallwood; TY Hilton, Jordy (6th round next year), Allen Robinson, Amari Cooper, Golden Tate (8th round next year - someone dropped him), and Tyrell Williams; and Tyler Eifert.

My team is pretty deep, so I'm looking at trying to invest some of that depth and turn it into potential league winning player(s). I have a lot of RBs already, so I am thinking no on the first deal which has been offered to me (unless I flip Gurley into the 2nd deal for Julio, I guess). The guy in the first deal is tied with me for first and has a TON of good RBs, but is light at WR, so that is another reason to think no on that deal. The guy in the second deal wants Jordy Nelson pretty bad, but needs another really good player to play. He's basically out of the playoffs, but wants to not be seen as colluding.

Any advice or thoughts on giving up some of my WR depth to get Julio? TY and Robinson have pretty tough schedules in the playoffs, which is a consideration as well. I appreciate any thoughts that anyone has.

Man, this is a tough one. On the surface I was actually leaning toward the Gurley trade. Demarco, while great this year, does have a lot of miles on him. And the ATL RB duo is definitely good for a RB2 with upside week in and week out, typically you're not playing both at the same time (Coleman has been hurt too). So, you're basically 1 injury away from starting Smallwood/Starks... something I'm not all that confident in.

However, if you feel that trade will only help the other person in 1st, I don't think you can do it. I'd still try to find a way to flip one of your WR's for a RB2.

As for the other trade, I'm not bullish on it. Julio can get you 30pts in a week, but also 2. Not to mention you already have Coleman/Freeman & that's a lot of mouths in one offense. Not to say it's THAT bad a thing bc the offense has been real good all year, but I just don't see the value in Julio being a Jordy + TY/AR. If you can flip Jordy & say Tate or Smallwood/Starks, then I think I'd do it.

Thanks for for the help with mine

I wouldn't take on the first trade, just not enough value for you.

WIth your depth, I think you take the 2nd trade. I'd give A-Rob over Hilton for sure. Thanks o n mine
