I trade Howard/Cohen and dez for 

ajayi and Hopkins or theilen

I would not do that deal.  Dez just faced the two best secondaries he will see all year.  He is healthy and poised for a great year.  And you're selling low on Howard.  I would trade him, just not yet.  Please answer mine.

I would pass, mainly because I'm not an Ajayi believer.  I think Howard is just as good a back as Ajayi is, and I don't like the Ajayi had 50% of his production last year all in 3 games.  I worry about him being able to stay healthy all year as well

I'd do it. Ajayi can remain in your lineup all the time. Howard and Cohen will be splitting, leaving you with a choice on who to start each week.

Dez is the better receiver, but Hopkins has a decent floor and (hopefully) will get steadily improving qb play this year, while Theilen has great PPR value as long as Bradford is playing. Your choice on those two.
