When comparing WR's, Keenan Allen over Robby Anderson for sure - but that's if Allen is fully healthy. His most recent injury doesn't sound serious so that's a thumbs up but he's prone to injuries which is his downfall. But regardless, Allen over Anderson all day.
As for Henry & Carson, the comparison from last year isn't too big other than Carson being used more as a receiver than Henry: Henry - 215 rush attempts on 1059 yrds/12 TDs vs 247 attempts on 1151 yds/9 TDs | Henry - 18 targets/15 rec/99 yds vs Carson - 24 targets/20 rec/163 yds. But remember that Seattle is going to be run-heavy this year so expect more rushing out of Carson.
My opinion? If you want to take a slight risk but better WR, go Henry & Allen.
