PPR league. Dak was my QB. Should I trade Big Ben & Mostert for Lamar Jackson? My other backs are CMC, Ronald Jones , David Johnson, McKinnon, Justin Jackson

i would keep Big Ben. Mostert looked healthy and you actually need him until CMC comes back assuming you start at least 2 RB's. at this point in the season Lamar doesn't look like the MVP Lamar. Ben is going to have a good year imo.

I think I would stand pat with your roster and not give up any RB depth, especially an RB2 with RB1 upside, particularly as we get into the bye weeks. Roethlisberger is scoring more points on average per game than Jackson this year.
