Trade David Johnson?? Need qb help pretty bad (1 Viewer)

I was offered Luck straight up for DJ from one owner. Another owner offered me Russel Wilson straight up?

Im pretty set at RB w/ Elliot, Hunt, Montgomery, Cohen, & Gillisle ( & David Johnson)

My qbs have been trash: Cam & Rivers (start 2)

I think this trade makes me better-- I just don't want to be burned by a week 12 or 13 return of 2016 DJ and not have that for the playoffs (Im 3-0 & 100 points higher than the 2nd place team)...

Thoughts on Wilson? Luck?

Um...hard to say. There's uncertainty with Luck and his return and Wilson is about as Jekyll and Hyde as they come but the upside is ridiculous. Wilson has the better playoff schedule (Luck has Buffalo, Denver, and Baltimore in weeks 14-16) and you know you'll get a relatively decent floor with rushing production. Because you're at 3-0, I would really only sell Johnson if your back was against the wall and you had an 0-3 record. But because it's a 2 QB league, it's worth the risk and your RB group is loaded as to where you can withstand losing DJ. I would wait until after this week before you make a decision. The appeal court's ruling on the NFL's stay on Elliott's injunction is supposed to be ruled upon next week and it's possible his suspension could go into immediate effect. Granted, that doesn't impact what you do with DJ but just something to file away.
