Trade for Davante Adams? (1 Viewer)

Standard Yahoo League. I'm in 1st place right now at 4-1. Here's my team-

QB- Josh Allen, Sam Darnold
RB- Saquon Barkley, Bijan Robinson, JK Dobbins, Kareem Hunt, Chase Brown, Tyler Allgeier, Jonathan Brooks (on IR)
WR- Malik Nabers, Brian Thomas, Jaylen Waddle, JuJu Smith-Schuster
TE- Dalton Kincaid, TJ Hockenson (IR)

Got an offer of Davante Adams for Kareem Hunt.....right now, Adams isn't worth much as he's hurt and looking to be traded. If he goes somewhere good, which seems likely, is it worth the deal? Thomas has been good....and obviously Nabers too, but I'm worried about the rookie factor with one/both of them falling off as the season wears on. Maybe Tua comes back and Waddle is good and maybe JuJu stays Mahomes' favorite guy going forward, but that's a lot of maybes. Let me know what you think...thanks!

I lean accepting that trade. You'll never sit Barkley/Bijan, Chase Brown is starting to go off, Dobbins is someone you can absolutely start and Brooks coming back could be another nice starter. Whereas Nabers is hurt + Waddle is dealing with a Tua-less QB. Thomas is good and if Juju keeps running Rice's routes then that would be huge, but if you watched the Raiders/ Ravens game you would know Adams is still an elite player. He basically won that game for Vegas.

If he lands with the Bills for example, my god. That is a high-end WR1.

I would do that easily. Your RB's are fine esepcially with Chase Brown trending up. You need WR help. I take that gamble.
