Looking at the last place team 3-5 roster, only one I would trade for is McCoy.

Thinking about offering CMike, White & Rudolph for McCoy. 

I know I'm giving up more, though opening up space for kicker and WW pick ups of Diggs/T Williams/Crowder/JJ Nelson (League is RB hogs)

I'm not sure who he has and if hes going to want to drop players to take yours or not......but on the basis of what you proposed I would make the trade for mccoy....cmike may lose carries back to rawls, white is only average, and u have eifert back and already scored a td.....and u can go grab diggs or williams on ur loaded WW......
