Got a trade on the table. I'm currently tied for first.

12 Team League, 1 pt. PPR, Start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1RB/WR/TE FLEX (only showing offensive skill positions). 

Two teams in trade talks (ignore keepers for this question):

OTHER TEAM (not in my division):

QB:  Allen, J., Stafford,M.

RB:  Barkley,S., Breida,M.,McCoy,L., Montgomery,D., Richard,J.

WR:  Cobb,R., Diggs,S. Fitzgerald,L., Ginn Jr.,T., Lockett,T., Sanu,M.

TE:  Dissly,W.

I offered Ruldolph,M, Henry,D, and Landry,J

Stafford,M, Montgomery,D, and Diggs,S.

Questions:  Is this fair?  Should I do this?

He countered with the same offer without the QBs

I think so..I think Diggs comes around later this year and is great again.

I would not do this Derrick Henry is finals getting a workhorse back volume of snaps and your team is good.  To be honest Landry will probably finish ahead of Diggs .

To be honest you seem to have a very good team.  Except at QB.  Why do the deal if it doesn't improve you there?
