I guess I'd take Fuller but I don't have them ranked that far apart.

If I'm torn, I bet on the offense overall and give me Houston all day over Buffalo.

Fairly easy choice of Fuller.  Much better offense and he will get the single coverage all day long and has shown he can produce as the WR2.  Pretty easy choice.
