I’m looking to trade NE DEF/Demiem Williams for L Bell. If the individual I’m trading with don’t take the trade, I could offer up C Carson instead of D Williams. I’m looking at the ROS for L Bell vs C Carson. Also NE DEF is Hot.  I would start steaming DEF

The problem here isn't the value that you're offering, but a matter of philosophy.  Most people would rather stream defenses and play matchups than downgrade a starter for them.  Carson is a really nice RB2 that you're getting to play as your flex.

You might try Locket and Damien Williams for Hopkins.  Upgrade your WR's a bit.
