What are your starting requirements?  Is this redraft or dynasty?  You are trading your RB depth for WR depth.  I think you are fine at both positions so it comes down to who do you think scores more.  On the surface I think I would rather have Cooper but RB depth tends to go away in a hurry much more than WR depth. 

McCoy is currently injured and Rawls is just coming back.  You could end up with only Gordon as a healthy RB very quickly.  Is losing that depth worth the incremental gain of Cooper?
