Trade Newton for a WR? (1 Viewer)

Team interested in Newton - i grabbed Brady late due to his suspension, so I have surplus.  With that said, I need a WR.  Other team has Jordy, Jeffrey, Edelman and willing to make a deal.  

Would anyone here trade Newton for Jordy or Jeffrey?  Would it be better to see a package deal? Jordy/Edelman?  I wouldn't mind that having Brady, but not sure if Edelman will return to form.

Non-PPR Lg, Redraft, small bench.  Starting WRs are typically WR2-3 material.  Gaining a true WR1 will boost my team over the top.  Solid QB, TE, and RB stable.

I'd do it for Jordy.  Doesn't sound like other owners are knocking down your doors with offers though, so that's probably as good a return as you're going to get.  If he's willing to do Jordy + Edelman for Newton, even better.

Was offered Jordy + 1 of Martin or Edelman for Cam/KB combo.

Thoughts?  I like KB, and wanted to pair him with another WR - my other option are WR3s, which is why I'm looking to upgrade.  Already have 4 RBs, so another one doesn't interest me - especially one coming off an injury.  

What do ya'll think?

Would not do it if it includes KB.  I'd prefer him over Jordy ROS.  I'd do Cam for Jordy straight up, but I wouldn't give up anything else in the deal

Cam for Jordy straight up is a fine trade, especially with Brady as your starter.  Agree with wlwiles here - I would not pair him with KB, period.  I guess it's worth noting that Alshon has a very nice playoff schedule weeks 13-16...he's been dreadful this year but with Cutler back I think you could see a boost.  I think Cam is worth more than Alshon straight up but it's something to consider.

I wouldn't have an issue trading Cam for either Jordy or Jeffrey.  If you can get someone else thrown in even better but I would do the 1 for 1 deal either way.  You won't use Cam and it gives you a solid WR moving forward.  By the way,  I would prefer Jeffrey now that Cutler is back  if given the choice.
