Trade Review (1 Viewer)

What's the rest of your team and starting requirements?
Only have to start 1RB and 1WR then there's 4 flex spots (RB/WR/TE). I have Mixon as my RB2 and Riddick or Duke Johnson as backup options. WR solid with OBJ, Baldwin, Tyreek, Snead, Sanders as options along with Hogan. Everyone else is lotto ticket

Are people not buying into Gurley? This is the second thread I've seen where people are looking to give him up. I'm kind of shocked actually. Not only do I think Gurley is the better back this year, I think he's the better back going forward. Rams offense made huge improvements over last year in their passing game and it's showing. Gurley doesn't have to face 8,9,10 in the box anymore. Goff and that offense are forcing teams to respect the pass and Gurley is putting up elite number again. No way do I make this trade and no way do I do a 2-for-1. I'm shocked this is even a consideration.

He's also played the east RB defense schedule in the league so far, and was basically gifted at least one TD last week by his defense. I'm buying into Gurley returning to form I just don't know if its sustainable

That's fair although a more Gurley-centric offense would have seen him score another two, maybe even three TDs in that game. That's what elite backs do, they dominate the weaker matchups and still perform in the stronger ones. That said, if you're uneasy with Gurley, it's not like Bell is going to burn you. I would personally not be surprised if Gurley finishes as the top back this season but I also wouldn't put Bell far enough behind him for it to matter.

Yeah, I'm just thinking Bell is more of a proven commodity. So rather than risk Gurley reverting, why not try and snag the consensus #1 PPR back in the league. Obviously the Bell owner probably isn't swapping 1:1 hence the Hogan addition...which I kind of agree might be overpaying. That's why i'm struggling with the trade. At this point its pretty difficult to definitively place value on any of the three pieces - Gurley, Hogan, or Bell - for different reasons.
