Team is 6-2. 2nd highest scorer the team. Team with trade Lamb is 3-5 and is starting RBs are Pollard and Kamara so he is hurting at RB bad

Agreed. I just assumed that the other guy already made the offer and the OP was trying to decide to accept or not. If this was asking if he should make that offer then I agree that the Lamb owner is likely going to reject it quickly.

It leaves you thin at RB, but I always go for 2-for-1 where I trade 2 good for 1 great. Your RBs are done with byes too. Get the handcuffs and you're good (you have Bijan handcuff ... is Ray Davis available?)

It doesn't hurt to offer, but hopefully the Lamb team is facing issues with just being able to field a decent lineup. If both Brown and Odunze would be starters for them, it could be accepted. If they're not good enough to crack lineup (except for Lamb replaced by Odunze) expect a rejection and maybe target a different player on a team that truly will be improved by trading with you.
