I have Brady and Bilal Powell

I would give Stafford and Melvin Gordon and receive Matt Forte and Jordan Matthews.

RBs -  E Elliot, Gordon, Powell,Dwayne Wahington, Doug Martin, Foster

WR - AJ Green, Tyrell Williams, Cooks, Maclin, Dez Bryant

Should I give up Melvin G to get Forte and J Matthews?  

Stafford is a good luxury to have at QB but don't plan on playing him with Brady.

Yes, Stafford is expendable at this point (provided the waiver wire isn't completely bone dry so you can cover Brady's bye). Its a fairly even trade at RB to get Matthews.  If you feel uneasy about giving up Gordon for Forte, then just do Stafford for Matthews.
