I own demarco murray, want to trade for henry to handcuff. Owner hasn't played Henry all season. Was going to offer deandre washington for him.  Is this a fair offer? .5 ppr keeper league

Can keep a guy for a max of 2 years, 2 rd deduction from original draft round, washington would cost a 11th rounder next year and Henry would cost a 5th rounder, the henry owner is 1-4, and needs someone this week because of injuries and byes, would you throw in beasly if he denies
