Yahoo H2H league.

I get CC, KJohnson, YEscobar

I give Carlos Lee, Loney, Kendrick

It's essentially Lee for CC. I have Markakis, Adam Jones, Sizemore and Crawford to play between 3 OF spots and 1 Util. I have Teixeira at 1B. I'd probably drop one or both of KJ and YE to get players like Konerko/####udome/Lowell that are free agents.

My staff is so so...Greinke, Lowe, Cueto, Slowey, Carmona, Weaver. CC has been known to start a bit slow so this is a no brainer to pull in an ace, correct?

That seems like alot to give up for CC but I see where youre goin. I think Id do it
Ya I have thought about offering Crawford but I just don't think he'll do it and I don't want this to fall off the table. I have Loney in so many leagues, and here I have all those other bats ahead of him, where he is a toss in from my perspective. I like Kendrick to turn things around, but not enough to stall the deal. Now I'm weighing a Crawford offer again...hmmm...

I for one would rather give Crawford.

Let me take a step back.

His staff includes the likes of CC, Lincecum, Halladay, Beckett, Shields, Cain and Floyd.

So it's obvious what he is doing.

I think I am going to counter Crawford/Loney/Kendrick for one of those pitchers.

I don't think I should accept anything less than one of CC, Lincecum, Halladay or Beckett. Would you agree to that?

I feel like Lee for CC or Lincecum is pretty even. I feel the same way about Crawford for Beckett, Halladay, or Shields. The other guys are throw-ins.

I don't think it's a no-brainer, but I feel like you're both dealing strength-to-weakness well enough that it's a good deal. Especially with decent OF help still sitting on the wire.

Six team league?
multiply that by 2if you are referring to his staff...he had the 11th pick and went all pitching to start.

1. (11) Tim Lincecum

2. (14) CC Sabathia

3. (35) Roy Halladay

4. (38) Josh Beckett

5. (59) James Shields

6. (62) Francisco Rodríguez

not the only person i saw do that this year. most of us don't subscribe to this, but some people do.

Also Sizemore, Markakis, Crawford and Lee are all top 12 outfielders arguably. And Teixera should have went right near the turn. I guess it makes some sense if a few drafters went all pitching for 5-6 rounds. Pretty ridiculous method when you can pluck gems later in the draft and off of waivers early in the season.

What an awful, awful, awful draft strategy. If anything, I would do the opposite and draft power, power, power and more power.
