Trading for LJ (1 Viewer)

The responses in the Larry Johnson draft thread of LJ dropping to 1.04 and lower got me to thinking.

Has anyone traded for or given up LJ this year?

He does have o-line issues, but the KC o-line has not played it's full starters yet this year, have they? I personally can't imagine trading LJ away, but in a 3-keeper league, I pulled this trade off:

I gave TO, Dunn and Brooks

I got LJ, Jacobs and Brad Johnson

I was as surprised as anyone that the offer was accepted and I believe the o-line issues are the reason.

Rarely does a stud RB get traded. Is his value really dropping that far?

In a redraft? The first three RBs should be no-brainers this year. Someone would have to give up a ton to even touch one of those guys. I just don't see it happening very often.

Redraft or keeper/dynasty.A few weeks ago, LJ wouldn't have dropped past 1.02 in a redraft and would have been nearly untouchable for trades.Now we are seeing several people get him at 1.04 and lower and I was able to trade for him in a keeper. Just wondering if there are other trades involving him out there.If his value is dropping across the board, maybe this is the time to strike while the iron is hot and trade for him...
