My WR's and RB's aren't great, so all the guys would be starting for me

I like that deal if you don't have to use a TE every week.

Michael is a RB1 and he's got a pretty decent schedule ahead too... (SO with no PPR, he's as better start than Gronk to me)

NO WR's can be unpredictable with Brees spreading the ball so much, but Cooks is an upgrade over Snead as well, then you get Gio "for free"

In a non-TE mandatory start league then Gronk takes a hit in value.  Not a huge hit but he isn't the auto advantage that he is in TE required leagues.  I think this is a fairly easy accept in this format.
