Travdogg's positional rankings from week 6 onward (1 Viewer)

I've been saying this every week but I feel like Brian Robinson Jr should be higher. I also thought I would see Chase Brown crack this list but I guess not quite.
I still don't see it. As WAS fan, it's pretty much RBBC. Robinson's last game was 7 carries for 18 yards. He punched in 2 TDs but they are using all the RBs and Daniels at the goal line. So I don't think Robinson is a TD vulture. Just got lucky they didn't get in on previous goal line plays. He has under 40 yards in 3 of the 5 games and has by far the lowest Yards per run of the 3 running backs. He will have some nice games, but it really is RBBC here in DC
Interesting. Would you sell high on Robinson in this case?
I mean, it's about what can you get for him. I don't play FF anymore so I don't know his value on that market. But he has a nagging injury that he is valiantly playing thru, RRBC situation, and a QB that runs the ball very well. It all adds up to very few 80+ yard rushing games. I will say I think WAS schedule isn't as hard as it once looked. NYG, PHI, and DAL aren't exactly impressing right now and that's who they will primarily play around FF playoff time.

Curious on Goedert vs Likely and peoples thoughts. Have Hock on IR and been riding the Likely roller coaster. Byes and injuries forced another owner to drop Goedert and now im deciding if I want to swap him for Likely in a standard scoring league.

Carr going down throws a big kink in the Olave and Shaheed rankings, namely because we don't know if it'll be Haener or Rattler, and we don't know if it won't just be 70% The Alvin Kamara Show instead of 30% like it is now. But Olave at 16 is too high because he's completely ignored in the red zone and is no threat for a TD. If you made me bet $100 each week on which team's WR1 would NOT score a TD, Olave might be the safest bet there is.

Shaheed at 33 feels too low for a guy that's gotten targeted like he has. He's boom/bust for sure because of the long TDs, but he's gotten more targets than Olave and he's given shots for the end zone every game. Olave isn't.
Yeah, I wrote this up when Carr seemed like he might just be sore and not injured. I don't think anybody (even Kamara) benefits from Carr being out. I do think the Saints are smart to go with Rattler over Haener, but for this week, the best play is probably TB's defense.

I will say, watching the tape, Olave is playing excellent this season, for whatever reason he's not being targeted enough, but he's open as much as anyone in the NFL. That said, one of the things I thought a few weeks ago, was that the Saints offense wasn't anywhere near as good as they looked the 1st 2 weeks, fast forward 3 weeks, and even with a healthy Carr that has been true.

I would ask, what makes Shaheed different than the other guys in his tier? (other than Worthy as I'll admit there is a bit of projection there)

Re: Tucker Kraft as a sell high based on not sustaining this pace, as I said in his thread: there’s a ton of room to regress from his 2 game pace and still be well ahead of his 5 game pace, which includes two Malik Willis games and nevertheless has him at TE3 overall (half ppr). I don’t think he’s getting you 17 points a week but it doesn’t feel unreasonable to continue on the two big games per 3 meh games cadence at all, with the big games being maybe a little smaller and the meh games being a little less meh
When I say sell-high, I just mean I think his value will never be higher in my opinion. Not that I think he's a fluke and suddenly going to be terrible, I do still have him 10th after all.

I would be selling him if I had any of the guys I have ranked over him, except Hockenson. Or Kelce since he's on bye this week, or Ferguson since he's on bye next week. I wouldn't be selling him for nothing. I'd be shooting for guys like JK Dobbins or Deebo Samuel, or maybe even Aaron Jones in package deals.

I'd much rather have Goedert. Philly has such a clear cut offense, where its Barkley, Brown, Smith, and Goedert. The Ravens are Henry and then a huge question of who else does things in any given week, with Flowers most likely at the top.

If Likely got a bigger role (which I think he is fully capable of) he could be a tier 2 TE, but other than 1 game where the Ravens were in catchup mode, they've shown no inclination of not being a committee of pass catchers. Likely is on my list, because I think he's capable of the most, but I don't trust him at all.

Yeah i have been getting by because of the rest of my team and eating the inconsistency with Likely while I wait on Hockenson. Not sure I will get Goedert as he was just dropped and my waiver priority is pretty meh.
