Teams taken: Buccaneers, Texans, Giants, Colts, Falcons, and Saints. We expect the Vikings, Cowboys, and Patroits will be back.
TRIPLE-A FANTASY FOOTBALL
1. MISSION STATEMENT
A Triple-A team in the fantasy football team made up of players from NFL affiliated teams and non-affiliated teams. The Triple-A Fantasy Football league will use the status of your favorite NFL team like never before.
2. AFFILIATED TEAMS/PLAYERS
Each Triple-A owner will have an NFL team they are affiliated with. The Triple-A owner has exclusive rights to ALL of the players on their NFL affiliate.
3. NON-AFFILIATED PLAYERS
Any player that is not on one of the affiliated teams is available to be drafted and/or selected as a free agent.
4. ROSTER REQUIREMENT
Each week, the Triple-A team must have 12 players from their NFL affiliate team on their roster. A roster will have 24 players, with at least 12 from the NFL affiliate. If an owner has an illegal roster on a game day, the highest scoring starting players will be subtracted until their roster is legal. (Nov. 2010)
5. STARTING LINE-UPS
A Triple-A owner must have at least 8 players from the NFL affiliate team in their starting line-up. If an owner submits an illegal roster, the highest scoring players will be dropped until their roster is legal. (Nov. 2010)
6. BYE WEEK ROSTER/STARTING LINE-UP
During the bye week for your NFL affiliate team, a Triple-A owner can fill their roster with players that are not affiliate teams. This may require the owner to have less than 12 affiliate players on their roster for that week. No one can pick them up as they are on an affiliate team. (Please note: After the bye week game, the roster should be restored as soon as possible). (Sept. 2010)
7. DIVISION ASSIGNMENTS
The Triple-A divisions will be seeded based on the draft order (thus the NFL standings). The AFL will have seed 1, 6, 7, 12, the USFL will have seed 2, 5, 8, 11, and the XFL Division will have seed 3, 4, 9, 10.
8. TRADES
Players on an NFL affiliated team cannot be traded. If a player is traded by their NFL team, they may have to be traded in the Triple-A Fantasy Football league. If a trade was to occur, it would be within one of the following scenarios:
A. NFL AFFILIATE TO NFL AFFILIATE- If a player is traded from one affiliated team to another affiliated team, the commissioner will move the NFL traded player from one Triple-A team to the other Triple-A team. This is NOT a player for player trade. The Triple-A teams would need to adjust their roster.
B. NFL AFFILIATE TO A NON-AFFILIATED TEAM- If a player on an NFL affiliate team gets traded to an non-affiliate team, the Triple-A owner simply needs to adjust his/her roster by selecting another player from their affiliate team and keeping the player traded by the NFL on their roster.
C. NON-AFFILIATED TEAM TO NFL AFFILIATED TEAM- The Triple-A owner would no longer have rights to the player that was traded by the NFL. The Commissioner would move the NFL traded player to the roster of the Triple-A team that he is affiliated with. The Triple-A teams would need to adjust his/her rosters.
D. NON-AFFILATED TEAM TO NON-AFFILIATED TEAM- No action would be required. The player would remain on the current Triple-A team.
9. DRAFT
A. The Triple-A draft will consist of 12 rounds (Serpentine).
B. The only players available to be drafted are players that are NOT on affiliated teams.
C. The draft order will follow the NFL Draft order before trades.
D. The will be conducted via email. The first round will have a 24 hour time-limit. The 2nd through 14th round will have an 18 hour time-limit. The time-limit will be suspended during holidays (July 4th, etc.).
E. By the conclusion of the draft, you must have a complete starting line-up on your roster and 12 players from your NFL Affiliate team.

Welcome to the Triple-A Fantasy Football League draft. Here are a few notes on how the email draft will be conducted:
1. When it is you turn to draft, REPLY ALL to this email thread and send your pick to the entire league.
2. Make sure the player you want to draft is not on one of the NFL Affiliate teams.
3. Add your draft pick to the draft order in the email.
4. In the SUBJECT, let the next owner know that it is their turn to pick (for example, The Bucs are On The Clock.
5. Go to the league web site and add the player you draft to your roster.
