I was going old school and guessing Jerry Butler.

I knew it wasn't Reed, Evans or Lofton. Wasn't sure about Moulds but I seem to remember him being an every other year guy. I didn't think Butler back in the day was dominant enough to be a 1,000 yard guy but I honestly never considered the answer to be nobody so Butler was my only remaining guess.

Your use of the word "who" in the OP implies that the answer must be a person. "Never" was my first thought as well, but I thought you would have said something to the effect of "when was the last time...".You like how I made the fact that I didn't get it your fault, not mine?
Good question though.
ETA: I would have guessed Moulds, but saw he had already been wrongly guessed.

I remember Moulds' odd streak of 4, every other year 1k+ seasons in a row. To pile on, the poor guy missed 10k receiving yards for his career by just 5 measly yards.
