Yes, he was. The fourth and final quarterback was originally drafted by a franchise with, um, a history of great quarterback play continuing all the way through last season. His first starting season came the next year, for a now-defunct expansion franchise in its inaugural season. He went to the franchise for which he is best known the year after that.Hint: The fourth QB was part of a trivia question here the other day.
