Not really the girl. I just want to finish the album so i can at least finish one music project in my life.

It would be more enticing if it were a place with a lower cost of living.

Im imaging chicago is just about as expensive as nyc.

You out to rethink that.

With a GF 10 years younger, it sounds like you're at least into your 30s. If you turn this down, you likely won't get another shot with this company. Adding a management position to your resume will make you more marketable in the future. 

You have 6 months to finish your album. If you can't do it by then, you likely won't do it anyway.

Just think how much you'll excel without a band and a GF.

It seems my current salary has a third more buying power in chicago and if i move to management ill probably be making roughly 30% more.
