I was under the impression that this was updated every week. But I never saw one last week and don't see one on the schedule for this week. Do I just continue to look at the Week 1 USoS?

It's right there in the Wednesday articles. Although they've apparently downgraded it from the ultimate to just the regular one this year.

There was a note last week saying he had technical problems, and the full schedule would be back this week.
