Unable to "Like" Posts (1 Viewer)

Anybody else experiencing this since as far as I can recall, yesterday or a couple days ago?

I'm using my Google Android phone. When you click on the smiley and it gives you the little drop-down of the other reacts, handshake, heart, laugh, etc....

My little plain smiley guy is whited out. If I click him it will show the drop-down of the others for like....half a second then they disappear. 

This is obviously of the utmost importance...

Please advise.
