While I fully agree that the Pats many times are misleading with their use of the injury report, they were "better" last year in that they did follow the "limited in practice" tiers of the injury report.As for Brady missing the first few weeks of the season, I will check to see what I can find out, but as of now this would be news to me (and probably many others as well).

nah, if he missed the first 16 games, no way would the pats be in the playoffs. therefore, 16 is the max.
