So they have to have been drafted in 1985+ or won the SB in 1985+?Either way, I see a tie with 3 SBs and nobody with 4+.Drafted since 1985, I have the Pats, Chargers, and Cowboys.Won a SB since 1985, I have the Pats, Chargers, Cowboys, Buccaneers, Colts, and 49ers (if you mean that they won a SB in January of 1985 - the 1984 season).Am I missing something?

I know the Ravens never drafted a Super Bowl winning QB since Dilfer was picked by the Bucs. I'm also thinking Denver could be a correct answer since Elway was technically drafted by Baltimore and then traded to Denver. I can't think of who the third team might be.

5) What 3 teams have drafted a Super Bowl winning QB, but never won the Super Bowl themselves?
One has to be San Diego with Brees winning it in New Orleans.....and they also "drafted" Eli who's won a pair of them in New York.Another has to be Atlanta who drafted Favre who won it in Green Bay.Last, Minnesota with Brad Johnson who won it in Tampa Bay.

I forgot about the Saints. So I think the answer to #4 is the Ravens, the Broncos and the Saints.

Did I just inadvertently answer #4 as well (NYG and TB, and then Ravens)?

Tampa has actually drafted several Super Bowl winning QB's but none of them were on the Bucs when they won the Super Bowl (Steve Young, Doug Williams) The Giants drafted Eli Manning and I'm pretty sure they drafted Simms and Hostettler as well?Edit forgot that Manning was drafted by San Diego but I still think the Giants drafted Simms and Hoss.

Doug Williams, Steve Young, Dilfer all were drafted by the Bucs and won SBs after 85

I don't think Trent Green should be thought of as a SB winning QB

1) What team since 1985 has drafted the most Super Bowl winning quarterbacks?Guessing Charges without looking. Eli and Brees most recently.2) What team has drafted the most Super Bowl winning quarterbacks all-time?3) What team has drafted the second most Super Bowl winning quarterbacks all-time4) What 3 teams have won a Super Bowl without ever drafting a Super Bowl winning QB?5) What 3 teams have drafted a Super Bowl winning QB, but never won the Super Bowl themselves?

Giants drafted Phil Simms.

Correct with all three.

Aw shoot, I missed this one and had him down as Denver, but you're right he was drafted by the Bal/Indy Colts. So question #4 should be 4 teams, as I did not have Denver in the list.

1) What team since 1985 has drafted the most Super Bowl winning quarterbacks?
Guessing Charges without looking. Eli and Brees most recently.
Correct answer for #1. Since 1985, the Chargers have drafted 2 QBs who went on to win Super Bowl, Drew Brees and Eli Manning. Ironically, neither for the Chargers. No other team has drafted more than 1 SB winning QB since 1985.
Hey what about the Bucs?Doug Williams Steve Young and Dilfer

1. Bucs4. Saints Ravens Rams5. Chargers Vikings FalconsQuestions 2+3 are tough
#4 is correct as far as the 3 teams I was thinking of, but we need to include Denver as well.Saints won with a Chargers-drafted Drew Brees.Ravens won with a TB-drafted Trent Dilfer.Rams won with an undrafted Kurt Warner. And Denver won with a Baltimore/Indy Colts drafted John Elway.

Dilfer 1994Young 1984Williams 1978.Since 1985, TB only drafted 1 SB winning QB, Trent Dilfer.Incidentally, Young and Hostetler were the reasons that 1985 was used for the cut-off year. I started thinking about this "who drafted the SB-winning QBs" in relation to San Diego having drafted 2 in recent memory.

Though you didn't mention it as part of #3, you get credit for answering it anyway since I've confirmed Pittsburgh drafted the most with 4, so if Tampa Bay has 3, they would then need to come in second or at least tie for it.Edit: Or you just did answer it as I posted this. Good job. :)

FWIW, Staubach was also drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs.

I had that actually, though it was in the next column.I meant to mention that he was a technicality as to why the Chiefs don't count as a team who won a Super Bowl without ever having drafted a SB-winning QB. They drafted him in the AFL but he went to his NFL drafter Cowboys instead.
