VBD Baseline for salary cap pick-em (1 Viewer)

I've been using VBD for years and typically use the 'worst starter' baseline (maybe good, maybe bad, just my preference). This year I am entering one of those contests where all the players have a predetermined salary and you have to fill a roster and stay under the cap. I don't usually play in these sorts of leagues, but this one happens to be free (private though). Anyway, there will likely be 30-ish teams in each league, players may be on multiple rosters, plus you have to pick something like 6 RBs and WRs, etc. Does anyone have any ideas on what would be a good baseline to use in determining the value of players in a league like this one?
