Was looking for his bandwagon but I couldn't find it. Yes, he got injured and Britt is out but going forward, with as many injuries to QBs as there have been, I really don't see another QB that could be on the waiver and have as much upside as this guy. He might have been dropped in a few leagues because of the bye and injury so you need to grab him if you lost stafford and romo. Moss gives him a bump, but more importantly, teams are sacrificing everything to stop CJ, his 2nd half schedule is one of the best, and both him and the titans performed a lot better after the bye last year.
His schedule is @Mia, Was, @Hou, Jac, Ind, Hou, @KC, @IND.
IND is the most difficult, but Miami is a decent matchup and Washington, Houston twice, and Jacksonville are all teams that give up the most fantasy points to QBs. The guy saved a few teams last year and I think he could do it again this year if he can manage to stay on the field. If Britt could come back (pretty unlikely) and Moss could at least serve as a decoy, the upside is too huge too ignore. The guy has been doing a lot without anything so you don't even need to count on that.
