I was just sitting here and thinking i never seen this guy TRADED in anyone of my dynasty leagues but 1.

Most seem to hold on this guy.

Does he get moved around in other leagues??

People that liked him probably either drafted him or traded for him last year.

1. Leinart, Matt ARI QB;Schweigert, Stuart OAK S; Pick that yielded AD for Young, Vince TEN QB;Portis, Clinton WAS RB;Brooking, Keith ATL LB; picks that yielded Henry, Beck

2. Young, Vince TEN QB;Gore, Frank SFO RB;Spikes, Takeo PHI LB for Johnson, Derrick KCC LB; picks that yielded Rice, Gonzalez, Hun

Those are the only deals I've ever seen with him, and he wasn't the key to either.

I know readers will be aghast when I tell them this, but I traded for VY and I gave up quite a bit for him - a 2009 #1 (which I hope is the 1.12) and Leinart/Warner. Partly because I am a believer in Young's FF future, but equally I grew tired of devoting two roster slots to Leinart and Warner.

I took over a team mid-season last year that had Bulger and VY.

One of my first moves was trading VY.

I eventually moved him and S. Jones (I was over-loaded at DB) for a 3rd, T. Edwards and Losman.

16 team, Dynasty with contracts and contract years so all that was consideration as well.

I just traded for him too in my league, I gave up Hasselbeck for Vince and a 2rd round dynasty rookie pick. I think if he ever got a decent receiver he would be a slightly better than average QB, I am very leary about the Seattle offense this year.

The VY owner in my league has held him since he took him as a rookie. He also has Brees, so he only uses VY on a bye week. So, no, I've not seen him traded and probably won't knowing this guy.

In leagues that award a lot of points to QB's for rushing yards, i.e. 1/10 yards, he's not too bad. In my main money league however, we factor in rushing yards for a QB with passing yards and you get 1 point per 25 yards. That pretty much kills his value. In rush heavy leagues I could see people holding onto him thinking the passing will come around eventually with more talent to throw to and more experience as a passer in Young's case. He's also in a group of QB's in the league who are pretty much guaranteed a starting job. Croyle, Clemens, Leinart, Rogers... these guys may not be available to play for you every week in 2008.

I got Vince Young for Jason Hill, 2.08, and my 09 2nd Round Pick (Should be top 5)

His value has dropped tremendously since his rookie season, I think he'll gain some value this season.
