Vince Young GREAT QB, OR GREATEST QB? (1 Viewer)

As long as the Titans can keep the score close and low and get the ball in Johnsons hands Vince is fine. Vince is not the QB you want when you go down by a couple of scores.

I watched the game sparingly last night. Saw Gage, maybe Britt, get hit right in the numbers on stride when he wasn't looking at the ball.
I saw almost the entire game, Britt messed up a few but VY was making some piss poor decisions as he was trying to do too much. If he can just learn to control that he'll be fine.
The problem is the offense is not built to over come large deficits. They got down by to many last night and it forced their hand. It is definitely not Young's strong point to be forced to throw and throw often as we seen last night. Young played poorly last night though and it is not an excuse for that.
Vince Young only has 15 career starts with more than 25 attempts. Matthew Stafford had more than 25 attempts in every single game he started this year. Throwing 21 times is hardly throwing and throwing often. VY dumping the ball to Chris Johnson has earned me a lot of points this year.

Oh sorry I guess I should have more narrowed it down to being forced to throw.... The reason Young did not have thirty plus attempts was due to not being able to sustain any drives.

31-17 career record as a starter?

Behind Tom, Ben and Peyton in winning percentage...anybody else?

Just a shame they're not playing the Broncos this year.
