Curtis Lofton is listed questionable with both shoulder and hamstring issues. He was limited all week and there hasn’t been any definite indication that he won’t play. Chris Houston is doubtful. Jonathan Babineaux questionable.

James Harrison was added to the injury report Friday with a biceps injury. He’s a game time decision. Troy Polamalu is again out.

Brian Cushing did not practice all week with foot and rib injuries. Cushing said he’ll play this week.

Andre Carter has a biceps injury. He’s listed questionable, but practiced fully on Friday and will play. Albert Haynesworth is also questionable. He didn’t practice Friday.

Clint Session is doubtful to play this week; Jerraud Powers is out. Robert Mathis is questionable and didn’t practice all week. Gary Brackett, Melvin Bullitt and Dwight Freeney practiced fully on Friday. It looks very unlikely that Session or Mathis will see many snaps, if any. Freeney probably remains a nickel rusher only. Freddie Keiaho took nickel snaps ahead of Phillip Wheeler earlier this season, but Brackett is probably the only safe Colt in the bunch this week.

Louis Delmas has been limited with an ankle injury. He’s questionable but played last week. Larry Foote is questionable and didn't practice this week.

Jairus Byrd was placed on IR early in the week and Bryan Scott is out today. Donte Whitner should be the full time free safety today, with Nic Harris taking snaps at OLB. The Bills might be short a corner, too, so either Chris Draft or Nic Harris will see time in subpackages. It’s not certain which it may be, but in the lone subpackage snap after Scott’s injury last week, Harris stayed on the field.

Michael Boley has a triceps injury. He practiced fully on Thursday, but didn’t practice either Wednesday or Friday.

Richard Marshall is listed questionable, but practiced fully Friday.

Sedrick Ellis has been limited all week with his knee injury and is questionable.

Both Kevin Payne and Al Afalava are unlikely to play Monday night. Looks like Josh Bullocks will start, probably with Craig Steltz at the other safety spot.

DaJuan Morgan is on IR. Jon McGraw will start in his place.

Greg Ellis didn’t practice this week and is questionable.

Aaron Curry is unlikely to play with a shoulder injury.

Ed Reed and Tavares Gooden are again unlikely to play for Baltimore.

Have any thoughts on Vilma or Tanard Jackson? Vilma has been pretty hot lately and I have started Jackson often coming down the stretch.

Oops, left off Jackson, sorry. He practiced fully Friday and had said earlier in the week that the knee injury was a minor thing. I think he's safe to keep in the lineup. The Saints seem to be limiting everyone with a minor ding in practice. Vilma's listed probable and I haven't seen anything to suggest the Saints will cut his snaps back. Not a great matchup, but should be safe to start.

He's llisted as probable last I saw, but I didn't realize he missed Friday's practice. I'm puting McIntosh in for him at least for now...

Jene,

Any word/thoughts on Darren Sharper? Was hoping he could help me out in the championship, but at this point have him riding the bench.

Thanks & Good luck to everyone, except the squad I'm playing!

I also have Sharper. Unless he gets an INT and takes it to the house, something of which he's very capable of doing, he puts up mediocre stats. The game is being played in New Orleans and they are playing against Josh Freeman who's good for 3 INT's. It should really depend if you want to go with a more reliable safety who'll give you tackles or if you want to hit or miss with Sharper.

Latest word this morning is that he's expected to play. You know what you're getting with Sharper if he plays. 2-4 solos (with this week's matchup probably skewed toward the floor expectation) and well above-average big play potential. If he hits the big play, he's huge. If not, he's below replacement level most weeks. I think the knee limits his big play upside; unless I was in need of a big game as a clear underdog, I'd have him in my lineup only if I were comfortable playing the risk-reward game. PewterFan.

Jabari Greer, Scott Shanle and Randall Gay all inactive as expected for New Orleans.

Darren Sharper, Jonathan Vilma and Sedrick Ellis are all active today. I assume that means normal playing time for Ellis, though his knee is still an issue.

Browns.com twitter feed reporting that Mike Adams is starting at corner today and Mike Furrey at safety.

Pats inactives include Darius Butler and Vince Wilfork. Ty Warren is active.

Bryan Scott inactive for the Bills. Will confirm starters (expected to see Whitner FS, Harris OLB) as I get them.

Jason LaCanfora reporting Brian Cushing is active and starting.

Bob Holtzman reporting on ESPN that Ed Reed is playing today. Also confirming that James Harrison is active and starting.

Officially, Mike Adams slides over to replace Brandon McDonald. Furrey in his place at FS.-----------Aaron Curry inactive as expected in Seattle.Deep, deep dynasty leaguers might pay attention to Jonathan Casillas, who is starting for Scott Shanle at WLB in New Orleans.

Is Philip Wheeler a good play against NYJ with Session out?

I think that's a wrap on the early game news.

I'll post anything I can get on the Detroit linebacker situation and the Indianapolis playing time issues as I get it through the afternoon.

Best of luck to all of you with :moneybag: and bragging rights on the line today.

The NYJ have been a pretty good matchup for all linebackers given how much they run the ball, but I think the Colts (with the possible exception of Brackett) are all very risky today.

Any word on Quinton Demps? Thanks
Late game, won't have any certain information about his active status until 3pm ET or so. Practiced most of the week, limited on Friday. Here's the most recent note from Friday's blogs:

Safety/kick returner Quintin Demps was limited Friday by his ankle injury and is also questionable for Sunday. If Demps is unable to play, special teams coordinator Ted Daisher indicated Thursday that Macho Harris would handle kickoff returns.

On the off chance someone has a chance to get him out of their lineup, Pat Williams is inactive tonight.

Kevin Payne and Al Afalava out as expected.
