So we drafted a month ago before the Josh Gordon news broke and he is hanging out on waivers which unlock on September 3rd.

Our waivers are auction style with a $200 pool per team for the season. How much would you recommend bidding on Gordon if at all?

12 team league starting 3 WRs and 1 FLEX (PPR)

My team current WRs: Tyreek Hill, Corey Davis, Donte Moncrief, Mohamad Sanu
Current flex player: Jordan Howard, Latavius Murray

What are some of the other players on the waiver wire?  How much do your league mates usually bid on higher profile guys?  A lot of this is dependent upon your individual league and how the other owners typically do things.  If you really want him I would bid about 40% on him.

Generally people in my league start slow and ramp up bids throughout the season. 25% is usually where people in the first weeks go.

I guess my biggest question is does anyone feel that Gordon is a worthwhile upgrade vs Davis, Moncrief, or Sanu?

Yes he is.  Sanu is just a guy.  Moncrief has always flirted with being worthwhile but really hasn't yet and Davis still has Mariota throwing to him.  Gordon is an improvement over all three IMO.
