I searched for this thread but didn't see it, so apologies if I missed it. Who are your week 1 WW targets? How much FAAB are you looking to invest?

Bro same hahaI am not falling for the Quentin Johnston trap again.
I'm surprieed he's available on the WW even with the OTF issues and contract disputes. What’s Judkins worth?
Redraft (I can't imagine he's available in any dynasty) I'd say 50-100% depending on RB needs. What’s Judkins worth?
That’s some cheap ***$8 for Boutte ($100). I've seen enough. Stud.
I too would love to hear some insight on this guy. I currently have Kincaid and don’t think last week will be his norm. How much are you dropping for Fannin if you punted TE? I started Loveland tonight and yes I'm panicking already lol
I'm thinking 20-25+ since this is a keeper league and you can retain a WW / FA for really cheap.
It's certainly a risk having Njoku there, and their QB situation is far from stable, but Fannin was heavily involved and they moved him all over. That signals to me that the Browns feel they have something special - I'm dropping Loveland for him (PPR redraft).I too would love to hear some insight on this guy. Is Fannin a viable fantasy option even with Njoku around?
Can we just officially declare his new nickname is the Tailpipe Banana?I am not falling for the Quentin Johnston trap again.
increased to 16! not paying more. That’s some cheap ***$8 for Boutte ($100). I've seen enough. Stud.
I'm thinking around 10%? Half PPR redraft and I have Andrews (who I would drop, I don't have the roster space currently to hold 2 TEs). Might not be enough TBH.Really liking what I have been reading about Fannin. TE is such a crap shoot.
I have Ferguson and Goedert in one league and Kincaid in another. I don't know if I feel comfortable dropping either of Ferg/Goedert for him but Kincaird I am mighty tempted...
This is the way, I think. I also like Fanin a lot and wish I had prioritized him a bit more in my rookie draft. For those like me with only a fringe TE, I'm looking hard at Juwan Johnson. It feels a bit like fool's gold based on his up/down history, but 11 targets in Week 1 is kind of hard to ignore. Saints are going to be playing from behind a lot, Kamara is going to face a lot of stacked fronts, and Olave is still being thrown hospital balls so the target share could stay up. He dropped a TD pass at the end of the game as well that if he hauled in could have resulted in a 23 pt PPR day.
I'm going $100 on Chase, $25 on Keenan Allen and $75 on LaPorta. I don't expect to get any of them, but don't really feel like I need to go crazy at this point in the season.Guillotine.. putting 525 to 600 out of 1000 on Chase as he and 250 on Achane as they were best available from the lowest scoring team
Sampson is going to keep a big role in Cleveland.Javonte and Judkins both available on WW in my local 10-teamer (redraft, short benches). Who would folks prioritize? I'm leaning Judkins even though Javonte has already had a decent-ish game
I heard Fannin was around 70%This is the way, I think. Johnson played 99% of the offensive snaps. He had some insane usage for any pass catcher, much less a TE.
That will be nowhere close to get Bijan. My guess someone will spend close to $200Bijan got chopped. Out of $200 im dropping $9 on him. Does that sound right? My first time going guillotine and I was already the top 2 scorer.
Yeah if I don’t get him then I’m just gonna save the money then I guess. I don’t need an rb and if a team does that now, I’m guessing he’ll be available again soon enough. That will be nowhere close to get Bijan. My guess someone will spend close to $200Bijan got chopped. Who are your RBs that are better than Bijan? He's at the very least a top 5 IMO.Yeah if I don’t get him then I’m just gonna save the money then I guess. I have Chase brown and Henderson. But if the point is to save money so you can spend later, outside of dire need, why not just save? I was the second top team and far from being cut. I’m far from being the worst team right now.Who are your RBs that are better than Bijan? He's at the very least a top 5 IMO.Yeah if I don’t get him then I’m just gonna save the money then I guess. The question becomes: Save for what? What's better than Bijan? Having Bijan and Brown would be killer. I'm not fully sure how guillotine leagues work, but surely there is someone on your roster you could drop for Bijan.I have Chase brown and Henderson. It’s my first season doing one. But the answer to your question is to have money later on in the season after teams have blown their faab on Bijan etc. I read this How To Manage Your FAAB In Guillotine League Fantasy Football (Month by Month) and the logic and strategy of it makes sense to me. $10 spent now is worth more later on. My only competition right now is the worst team in the league. And right now I don’t need Bijan to not be the worst team in the league. The question becomes: Save for what? What's better than Bijan? The worst team in the league does need BIjan and they might not be the worst any longer if they add him. Something to think about. I've never played in that type of league, but I listen to SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio and a guy on there comes on and is an expert and he warns the two hosts (who just started playing Guillotine last year) to bid a very reasonable amount each week as you've pointed out. It’s my first season doing one. In my guillotine league Lamb is hitting w.w. I'm bidding 1500 of 2000 on him.The premiere players may not hit the wire again as the good teams get even better. The worst team in the league does need BIjan and they might not be the worst any longer if they add him. Agreed. Sorry to derail.Feels like we need a separate thread for guillotine leagues …
Im here for the Boutte.
As the Kittle drafted im putting a kind of gross amount on Fannin in several leaguesGiven Kilttle was just put on IR + the fact there are only a few reliable TEs in the league, I feel like those wanting to target a TE on the WW will need to spend a little more than they'd like.
There will be a lot of competition.
Got Hollywood Brown as a Worthy owner (waiver priority.)How did people fare?
Fannin 8%- didnt need himHow did people fare?
