Walker dropped - who do I drop - Hines or R White (1 Viewer)

Some keeper implications with White - although likely not decisive factor. Hines is behind my other RBs - Jones/Penny/Hunt/Pierce/Jeff Wilson.....so not likely to see my starters unless Taylor goes down. Having Penny and if he goes down though, Walker is going to be likely RB3.....so how should I drop, Hines or White?
