I would go C-Corp. He may eventually want to take this thing public.

Im not a lawyer and I can't give legal advice but if I were doing this I would want to protect myself from liability in case a bad lineup submission cost him a championship. There's just too much liability here not to incorporate.

I have not figured out the money details. I am chasing the league platforms to create an auto replacement feature for inactives, but I am not optimistic it will be done for this year, if ever. My Dad has helped me to date but he is getting older so I am exploring alternatives. It's not ideal, but I hate it when I lose points because of avoidable inactive issues. I believe in brainstorming for solutions rather than continuing to stew in silence. If people have ideas, please suggest them. It's just not viable for me to be monitoring inactives, particularly the 4 pm games.
