So i'm not sure who i should put in as a flex. Got a few good matchup's but was thinking of taking a gamble on hogan tonight. Hate playing guys Thursday though.

I would go Diggs over Hogan.

I'd go Diggs at flex over Hogan, and also Roethlisberger over Carr. I mean, I know its a road game, but its Cleveland.

Diggs at home vs a terrible saints D (missing Breaux & their best pass rusher) on Monday night Football, and IMO it's not close.

wait for Hogan to prove he's more than a preseason flash in the pan. 

Diggs needs to be in your lineup this week. It may be his best matchup all year, so if you don't start him this week you shouldn't have drafted him. May as well trade him away.

I agree with everyone else. Diggs at home vs New Orleans defense.  You never know who is going to get the rock from New England.
