Thanks again for doing this every week. Need help in a couple leagues. Both are PPR.

With Ryan on bye, do I roll with Goff or pick up Kaep or Fitz?

Hurns or Lockett @ WR?

In another league, I need to pick 1 of the following to start at RB: Kelley, Rawls or Prosise.

I would pick up Kaep and not roll out Goff. Goff is a complete roll of the dice this week.

Picking up Kaep is the easy choice for sure.  Although he is a terrible NFL QB at this point, he has actually been serviceable in the fake game. 

Start Kelley.  You know what his workload will be and he is the much safer pick of those three.  I would not start any Seattle RB until you have an idea of how the touches are going to be distributed.
