I'd go Miller. He's got a better matchup, is more proven and Philly wants to be RBBC, Ajayi/Sproles being out won't change that, it'll just be Smallwood/Adams.

Clement's situation to more touches is better with questionable health in front of him, but he may be dealing with an injury, Miller is a clear bellcow going against a poor team where the game script will probably favor a balanced attack for the Texans. I vote Miller.
