I go with Woods and Whitaker If Stewart is out. Why would you start Washington? He's a good bench keep until he gets more than 4-5 touches per game.

I'd go with Woods. No. 1 WR on his team now.

And I'd take a chance with Washington. Reports are that Murray is pretty banged up and I think Washington gets more looks this week.
