That is what the projection says now, however; I am PRETTY sure that yesterday when his projections FIRST came out and I was scrambling and didn't know what to do...
MT has Williams with 1.8 points more than Drake in PPR.
I suspect that is within the margin of error, where MT would not be surprised to see Drake out-perform Williams, but has a lean towards Williams.
I am pretty sure that he had Williams ranked around RB24-25 where he is now, but Drake was ranked around RB50 something.
And yes, I do realize those were VERY early projections. And not all the info was out at that time. And the situation was fluid. But I was grasping for any info, and it really made me re-consider the whole situation.
I think in the end, you all are right that Drake is the guy the 'regieme' picked, and they will do what the can get him in as the starter... but I think in a transition period like this Williams will have more value in the short term because of his experience and pass catching ability.
