Basically what you need is any league website where you award points for weekly scoring. The top team in weekluy scoring gets 11 points, since they won 11 games - the bottom team gets zero. Ties would count as a half. You could also use 11 wins, etc - but that may reduce your options.MFL will handle this.

A play-all league rewards consistently high scoring, as opposed to a total points league, where the distribution of points doesn't matter - you can have 2-3 enormous weeks, and win a total points league mostly off that. In a total points league, a week where each of your guys had 4 TD's & 100 yards would be a huge help to your chances overall. In a league with play-all it's just 11-0, which is the same as a normal high score week.Good scoring teams will do better in general, but teams with huge high end weeks won't get nearly the same benefit.
