Week 1, what are your tough lineup decisions?

Me:

One league (I'll add my others later)

Ben vs. Cleveland over VY vs. JAX

Boldin vs. SF over Ward vs. Cleveland and Edwards vs. Pittsburgh

Osi vs. Dallas over Hali vs. Houston

Not in the sense of "who do you like better?" This thread is "I'm doing this, not that." Everybody contributes, and some even give a why. It is not a AC ?, and it has been addressed and discussed (for at least a couple years).

Here, I'll show ya.

I'm starting J.Porter vs. DET over Cotchery vs. NE and I'm going AD vs. ATL over Norwood vs. Vikes. Flex - I'm playing F.Taylor vs. TEN over K.Curtis or B.Wade. Battle was close on this, but the Titan run D gave up some real big #s from what I remember.

(Notice I don't ask who I should use, and I don't really care what your opinion is, so I don't go to the AC with it)

Thanks. That's not to say I couldn't use a smack in the head if I'm missing some news, but on the whole, I do an alright job here. If I want assistance (and I just might at some point between Ward and Boldin or the other WRs) I will post in the AC. But that isn't the purpose here. It's meant for discussion and maybe we'll see a lot of people benching a certain player or starting another because of matchups or whatever reason. Instead of just relying on the staff here (who do a pretty good job, so don't ignore them) let's see what others are doing.For my "why":Ben vs. Cleveland - rivalry, and I like the way he's been playing. Cleveland's secondary is ok, but I think Ward and Holmes present problems. OVERVY will start many weeks and should do well even in week 1, but JAX D scares me a little.Boldin vs. SF - Stud, and I see this as a high scoring gameOVERWard vs. Cleveland - I'm starting Ben, want to diversify this weekEdwards vs. Pittsburgh - Don't much like the QB, but I like Edwards. If the QB shows good play, I just might start Edwards later this yearOsi vs. Dallas - Osi had a bad year last year, so I'm really not sure here. Strahan is back, so that's positiveMario Williams - I'll be starting D's against KC all year if I can. The OL is nowhere near what it used to be, although I'd like this more if Croyle were startingOVERHali vs. Houston - This is not the Houston of the past few years, if it were, Hali would certainly start
