Week 10 Waiver Wire (1 Viewer)

If he's still on the wire, finally getting a TD (2 in fact) will make Brandon Myers fly off the shelves.

Taiwan Jones or Marcel Reese.Goodson went down, even with Reese doing what he did that means it's not really clear who to grab.Might go for Taiwan.

Maybe Reese in Oakland.

I think they'll grab someone off the street before giving Taiwan more than 10 carries/game. I can't imagine the guy making it through a full NFL game with a heavy workload. (Yes, I know their have been previous 195 lb RB's previously. Taiwan is a WR frame at the RB position)

There's a chance that Brandon Myers is still on some waiver wire as people sit on their bigger name yet less productive tight ends. Myers finally got in the endzone today (twice), but even before that he's had a very solid season.

grabbed Denario Alexanger in my 12 team / 3 wr league.
:goodposting: The really encouraging thing was the snap count - high 30s IIRC.When he was with the Rams he usually couldn't do more than 20.We'll see how sore he is, but he looked great out there.Actually, he often does - just a question of health.

In standard leagues he has had a mediocre season.

RB is shaping up like a real roullette wheel:

Raiders: Reece/Jones - Is Goodson ok? McFadden?

Steelers: Redman - Dwyer, Mendy ok?

Saints: Cadet/Ingram/Ivory - When does Sproles get back?

I'm liking the Sanders pickup. PIT gets KC next week.

Russell Wilson

Broyles

Tate

Emmanuel Sanders -- They're saying Antonio Brown has a high ankle sprain. Sanders had a TD today.
:goodposting:
Serious question, why not Cotchery? It looked like he benefited the most from Brown's absence.
He did because he fell into Sanders spot and increased his play time dramatically. From almost nothing to 50% of the plays. But Sanders will now be a full time player, and he has routinely produced when healthy and given the chance.

Im not trying to tell anyone what to do im trying to beat my opponents to the WW pickups this week.

I can win this year. I can taste it. I need to rule the WW to do it. Get out of my way please.

Of course on the off chance that Doug Martin was available, you can thank him for the sound advice.

Thank you. As a Brown owner, this is helpful.

This may be short-lived: Brown DOESN'T have a high ankle sprainhttp://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2012/11/04/antonio-brown-has-non-high-ankle-sprain-could-be-back-next-week/

Through this weekends games, Myers is 10th in standard scoring.  He's ahead of "bigger name" guys who all might be on someone's roster, like Antonio Gates, Jared Cook, Brent Celek, Greg Olsen, Dennis Pitta, Jermichael Finley, Aaron Hernandez.Of that group, I'd rather have Gates and Hernandez because of their big game potential.  Other than that, I'll take Myers over all the other guys given Myers' consistent targets every game.

I'll throw out a name that seems to go overlooked.

Ronnie Brown. Picked him up in one league as a desperation start and got 12.3 pts in PPR. He's still available in another league and gets enough combined touches to have value going forward. Norv seems to be going to a full RBBC, but Brown's value is that he's always in on 3rd downs and 2 minute offense, and he gets GL looks.

Looking further ahead, Benson/Wells or Jennings/V.Brown all could be good for the playoffs. With byes wrapping up, it's probably time to stash one.
