I wondered about 3-4 times how he didn't get a concussion last night...he was getting hammered all over the place. He's gonna be Wayne Chrebet in a few years...

Wes Welker is latest failure of league's concussion observation protocols. There's absolutely no way he should've played in same series.

On multiple replays before game's next snap, Welker can be seen taking hit to helmet, briefly going limp/dropping ball.

Even w/out Welker dropping to his knees before getting to sideline, that's the exact scenario the "eye in the sky" observer is there for.

I wasn't on field, didn't talk to Welker, didn't examine Welker, but this isn't Monday morning QB. Plainly obvious in real time to me.
