couldn't pull the trigger having been burnt by detroit on thanksgiving in the past. :confused:

Started Branch in both leagues on a whim....after the game looked at my opponents and both had Welker, Graham and....Law Firm. What are the odds?

ETA - edit to add to the misery...thanks Dez Bryant.

Playing for my playoff life against a 3-8 team. Yahoo has me favored to win by 42 points. The bad news? He's a huge Patriots homer. After only 1 game, I'm down 81-0 ;) Bad day to have completely lost my appetite.

:shrug: What can I say.....really thought the Partriots would be up big early, then throw it into cruise control. And with Brady less than 100%, thought they'd go ground n' pound. Expected lots of garbage points from Hill. Guess that's a big, fat all-around, 0 for 3, FAIL.

I don't think Robert Meachem has a single target in this game. And seems like this week Henderson is seeing the majority of snaps. Should have listened to the analysts who said Colston is the only receiver you can trust.

I'm disappointed Dez Bryant was held to no catches, but you can see how teams are playing him differently now. He just needs to keep his head and the opportunities will come.

 
Bush not getting the role he should ugh. Thankfully Jets DST picked up him slack.

In my other league I have Austin 17pts, and BJGE 17pts on the bench. We will see what happens.

 
wasn't expecting the world, but I had a feeling that LT could find the endzone at least once. WRONG. To the bench for the rest of the year you turd. Which for me, might end next week... :thumbup:

 
This week's player to have a career day on me - Peyton Hillis - dude is his own blocker and has moved beyond his injury plagued past.

 
Dez = Zero, Owens does little, now ADP Hurt, doubtful for the second half, CJ3 banged up, Opponent's Hillis with 3 tds in the first HALF = FML... OOF

 
Started Chris Johnson and I'm playing against Foster. FML. I guess it's time to start rooting against the guy I'm tied for first with to lose because I'm certain not winning this week.

 
got CJ and Roddy goin today. these guys haven't mustered 5 points between them.

i'm gonna make the playoffs, but it's certainly looking to be another quick out. ugh.

 
What the heck are the titans doing? A rookie qb and you give chris Johnson 7 carries through 3 quarters... Then you get in the redzone and your first play is a pass for a pick.

Someone should be fired.

 
well, see you guys next year. I am pretty much done with FF thsi year. I will move on to root for my eagles, who I know are NOT good enough to win the super bowl. lots o fun :goodposting:

Update:ADP injury and I picked Brandon Jackson as my 2nd RB over Toby Gerhardt (almost went with the double dip). I just cannot freaking make the right decision this year. Oh yeah....no morning football. I'm guessing the Raiders didn't sell out. Eff the stupid NFL Blackout Rules. :football:
 
So as I am getting eliminated in one league with a 4-9 record (Oh, I have the 2nd most points in the league), my other big money league I currently sit at 6-5 with the 3rd most points. Basically this has been the WORST year in Fantasy Football I have ever had as I repeatedly lose to one week wonders and teams having their high week of the year.

This week in my 6-5 league? I am looking good with Michael Turner, Fred Jackson, Wes Welker and Miles Austin all having big games.... BUT WAIT, I happen to be playing a team that happens to be having their best week of the year with Peyton Hillis, Aaron Rodgers and Dwayne Bowe all having amazing games. Unless Orton has a magical second half, I should lose once again with the 2nd highest score in the league this week.

Going to have to find an all-play league next year. This is simply amazing.

The Falcons season is keeping me sane.

I sat Cutler vs the Eagles for Sanchez vs the awful Texans D. I own Chris Johnson and made a huge trade this week to add Adrian Peterson. Not working out real well for me.

 
My PPR dynasty league you can start 2 RB, 2 WR, and 2 flex wr/rbs

I have Andre Johnson, Roddy White, Hakeem Nicks, Vincent Jackson to start every week.

I have Rashard Mendenhall, Ahmad Bradshaw

Yeah my Jermichael Finley was lost for the season but Pettigrew did a good job filling in.

With Cassel, Shaun Hill, Stafford, Vince Young I was able to have a respectable starting QB.

It's a 12 team league that generously takes 6 teams for the playoffs.

HOW THE #### DID I NOT MAKE THE PLAYOFFS THIS YEAR FOR THE 2ND YEAR IN A ROW!!!!!!!

I feel your pain. I am 3rd in points scored in a 14 team league and will miss the playoffs (5 teams make it).

My first place, best record, most points squad is falling apart. On top of the injuries I started Dez and TO (combined 1 point). Playing against Hillis. Meh.

 
after losing by 1.3 pts last week on mcmichael's egg, i need 3-4 td's from the gates/vjax combo plus a subpar night from the colts offense and a dud from vernon davis tomorrow night. not looking good.

of all the weeks to play against cutler :bag:
