Thanks for posting that. I had read something about him doing something stupid and the coach not being happy about it but didn't know all the details for sure.Ah. Good catch. He was benched from the end of the first half on according to this article. Here's a link.http://detroit.sbnat...kins-lions-ramsDrop Little like he drops passes.
I don't see any reason to hold Ingram. I don't think he's worth a roster spot in redraft at this point.
I think it may be a little premature to drop T. Young. Did he even play the whole game? I read something about him getting a penalty in the first half and then maybe they sat him or limited him in the second? He's on a high powered offense and there's a chance he gets his eventually. That's why he's considered a possible sleeper. You hold him for a little and monitor the situation. Wouldn't drop him after one game.
Worth holding another week or two to see how things shake out with Burleson but the knucklehead factor is troubling.

Way to go FBG for pimping these guysBills D/STI was wrong, I was so incredibly wrong.
I wouldn't do all of that. I'd drop DWill for McCluster....but the rest of your pick-ups are speculative. Dwyer is the best option in that backfield 4.8 ypc and can catch the ball - if Mendenhall doesn't come back soon he could seize that job before the bye, unless coach is just stacked against him. You got bigger huevos than I if you can trust Sanchez to deliver the ball to Hill consistently over the course of a season...same thing with Fitzpatrick to Jones....I'd take Stevie Styles any day of Santonio Holmes.....I will probably be looking to replaceewill DwyerRWilsonTitus youngWith:SanchezS HillMcclusterD jones
I agree with Hillman? What happened to this guy? He did pretty well in the preseason no?Jon Baldwin (redraft)Ronnie Hillman (redraft)

The only Browns skill player worth starting this season is going to be Phil Dawson. Epic battle for title of biggest trainwreck of an offense and I am not sure who won. Hate it for TRich. Next game should be better but in that offense, RB3 is probably the ceiling.'TheFootballJesus said:Dangerously close to dropping Greg Little after seeing that stinkbomb from weeden

Everyone did...I have been a Sirius subscriber fr 7+ years and almost called for the first time today to discuss their miss on that DEF...Frankly, there is no defense for that stance (no pun intended)...no one will say the Jets are world beaters (and even as a Jets fan, I know this), yet I highly doubt anyone will be willing to eat crow on this too. Frankly, the AFC East is just what we thought it was in December 2011...Pats are elite, Jets are next (by a good margin, Bills will scrape a mediocre season together and the Phins will put up 3-4 wins.'JHuber77 said:Way to go FBG for pimping these guys'Run It Up said:Bills D/STI was wrong, I was so incredibly wrong.![]()
You might regret this one. The different teams are all over the place with their approach on this issue, and each concussion case is unique. Most believed Witten wouldn't play and then this crazy story breaks that he is ready to sign a waiver releasing the team doctors of liability in order to play this past Wednesday. My read on the Collie situation is that the team just chose to be extra cautious and sit the guy from a full contact game one more week. Nothing more, nothing less. I wouldn't drop him purely on the basis of that situation. In Collie's case, I think his team doctors were supported by a reasonable (albeit goofy) owner. In Witten's case, the Doctor's got vetoed by a player who wanted to play too much and an owner who likely agreed with the player more than he listened to team doctors.'mbuehner said:Austin Collie. Regardless if you think Dwyer looked good or not, he certainly looked a lot better than Redman.Dwyer: 9/43, 2/11 (4 targets)No he didn't. He still can't catch. The guy dropped a couple balls. The reason he got more yards was because he has outside runs, the only thing he has over Redman. He was getting stuffed down the middle just as much as Redman. Redman's a way better pass blocker too. With that injured line, I'd expect Redman to actually be in more just to block.I'd stay away from that backfield unless Mendy is available and there's a bench spot available for him to wait a couple of weeks.I'm wavering on Dwyer. Don't want to do anything rash, as he may still emerge, but they definitely favoured Redman today and didn't look all that committed to giving Dwyer the chance to take the job. Dwyer did look pretty good in his limited touches though.
This'We Tigers said:Daniel Thomas. Liked his low cost in drafts, but a fumble, head injury, and an even more anemic than expected offense? Adios.
I have Wright on 2/3 teams, Wilson on 1. TEN's targets were very spread out (5 guys with 6+), but Wright was 1 who got 6 and caught 5 of them. If theyre that spread out again, I probably would consider dropping him, but I at least want to see what he does for 1 wk if not 2 with Britt on the field. Wilson Im not even considering dropping, he's hit rock bottom, and he didnt even really get a chance to show anything. I wouldnt even consider dropping him for another month when we'll have a better idea about how the NYG carry split is going and if Wilson is productive. As for Steve Smith, I dropped Hillman last week after hearing Moreno was the backup. My plan was to pick up WR who has a nice chance at a big game week 1 and a likely WW candidate after this weekend, final 2 choices were Smith and Streater (wish I didnt forget about Stephen Hill!!!). I went with Streater, but either way, I didnt see anything from Smith to make me regret that choice and Id drop him, at this point Amendola and Gibson look like theyre top 2, which may be good for Smith back in the slot, but I dont see him as fantasy viable in that offense. Im going to do the same with Streater if he has a quiet game.'MAC_32 said:Considering STL Steve Smith, Kendall Wright, and David Wilson. Ultimately, probably keeping Wilson, 50/50 on Wright, and slightly leaning towards giving Smith one more week. Depends what pops up on waivers, I never look until Tuesday, not getting the feeling much is out there though.
Young's hype and ADP were a bit of a headscratcher to me. Burleson was and is still the #2 on their depth chart, and had a pretty solid year last year. Did people just expect him to turn into a 35yr old Donald Driver this season or something?! Stafford wont be throwing for 5000yds again this year, Im pretty sure of that, and likely less attempts. In general, the production of the WRs/TEs should go down a bit with the possible exception of Megatron, so I have a hard time seeing Young have a big year. That said, his pricetag was pretty high, plus he only played a half apparently, so I would be cutting him for another couple weeks if he was on my team.'CrazyFox said:Thanks for posting that. So according to that he sat the entire second half. I'd give him at least a couple of full games before deciding if he's worth dropping.
I agree that the knucklehead factor in today's NFL is a little worrisome.
Any other time i'd agree, but my point is suddenly odd things are happening in two high profile concussion cases. And by 'odd' I mean nobody seems to be able to point to a doctors report for either Collie or Best disqualifying them. To the contrary, Collie was practicing last week. Maybe its conspiracy theory, but I think the league is pulling some strings on this concussion issue. Its potentially a liability NIGHTMARE down the road. It would be a public relations nightmare if a guy with that kind of concussion history gets lit up on national television and permanently damaged. You might regret this one. The different teams are all over the place with their approach on this issue, and each concussion case is unique. This for Stephen Hill.Dumping Ronnie Hillman most likely. Clearly 4th string since he was inactive. He may have an impact later in the season, but I'd rather cut him, take a shot on a guy who had a big week hoping that continues. I don't see many people picking Hillman up at this point.
