Week 2 "out of left field" surprise (1 Viewer)

Someone that no one is talking about that you'll wish you had started.

I'm going with TJ Duckett.

Putting in 40 yards and 2 TD's

(he'll still sit on my dynasty bench though)

Lance Moore and Logan Payne.

The reason? In New Orleans, Patten is old and Henderson is streaky. That leaves Moore.

In Seattle.....well, Payne is the only experienced WR they have.

Selvin Young takes the rains as Shanny gives him 25 touches.

Quinn takes over in 2nd quarter for injured DA. Throws 300yds and 3 Tds as Browns beat Steelers

I think and am desperately hoping(lost Mason/Walter this week) that James Jones is in for a nice day. After missing last week he is way out of left field but he has practiced all week and my BIL, who has ties to the GB organization says that Rodgers and Jones have a very strong chemistry. I am hoping for 5/80/1

Rams beat the Giants. Suicide pool contestants across the country are suicidal.
:thumbup: There's almost no logical reason to believe this will happen, but this is the first thing I thought of too.
The Giants are a much better team I think but you have to look at the PHI/STL game last week. Bulger didn't throw a pick, and the offensive line allowed 4 sacks I believe. All in all it really looks like a case of Stl not being able to get out of their own way in a tough road game. They might not be as bad as a lot of people think and the Giants LOVE to play down to their competition. Being a Giants fan I took STL and the points in my pick-em pool. I just keep thinking about the week 2 Cincy/Cle game last year....everyone hounded the WW for the Cinn defense and people were throwing gobbs and gobbs of money on Cincy(-7) then all of the sudden Cle hangs 50 on them and peoples WW fantasy defenses of week get slaughtered. Gotta love Week 2

John Carlson - 6-55-1 as Hasselbeck's top target.

Agree on Griese - 23-31-265, 2 TDs as the Bucs roll Atlanta 30-13

Burton and Walker are good ones.

Jamaal Charles is a possibility if the Raiders play as bad as they did last week, because he'll see more time.

shouldn't this thread be titled. "guys that I have to start this weekend and hope I catch lightning in a bottle with". Seriously...let's up the objectivity quotient a tad.

Eli throws for over 300 yards and 4td's; Peyton throws a bunch of picks and looks like do do in opening the season 0-2.

NYJ knock Cassell out of the game;

Cle beats Pitt;

Det beats GB;

Chi beats Car;

Chris Johnson breaks ADP's single game rushing record

Leon Washington replaces a nicked Thomas Jones and posts respectable rushing (80) /receiving (50) numbers with a score.

or...the "I drafted this ####bag and he's rotting at the end of my bench I hope the starter gets hurt so he's worth something" thread
